Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy Last updated: February 18, 2026

At OpsVantage Online, we strive for customer satisfaction while operating responsibly as an online retailer of physical dropshipped products, digital products, and affiliate promotions.

Physical Products (Dropshipped Items) Physical items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (e.g., via Modalyst or similar marketplaces). Due to this model:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-delivered items within 7 days of receipt (supplier policy dependent; check individual product page).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

  • Process: Contact us at support@opsvantage.online within 7 days with order number, photos/proof of issue. We will coordinate with the supplier for inspection/replacement (preferred) or refund of purchase price (excluding shipping). You may not need to return the item if supplier approves defect claim.

  • No returns for change of mind, buyer error, or non-defective items.

  • Return shipping: Customer pays unless item is defective/wrong (we may reimburse or provide label guidance in approved cases).

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days after supplier approval. Sale/clearance/final-sale items: No returns.

Digital Products (e.g., Game Keys) Digital products are delivered instantly via email/code and are non-refundable once sent due to their immediate, non-revocable nature.

  • Exceptions (refund possible):

    • Code invalid/does not activate (report within 48 hours with proof/screenshot).

    • Delivery failure on our end.

  • No refunds for change of mind, incompatibility (region/account/platform), post-activation/use, or platform-side issues after delivery.

  • Verify compatibility before purchase.

Affiliate Products & Landing Pages For products promoted via affiliate links/landing pages (e.g., from CJ, PartnerStack, Impulse, MyLeads):

  • We act solely as publisher/affiliate and do not sell these products directly.

  • Returns, refunds, cancellations handled entirely by the advertiser/merchant per their policies.

  • We provide no warranty, guarantee, or liability for third-party products/services. Contact the merchant directly for issues.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before shipment/fulfillment (contact us immediately).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order (e.g., pricing error, stock unavailability, fraud suspicion, or compliance issues) with full refund to original payment method.

  • International orders: Buyer responsible for customs/duties; no refunds for customs delays/seizures.

General

  • Refunds processed to original payment method (RBI guidelines).

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Contact: support@opsvantage.online with order details/proof.

  • This policy complies with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We aim for fair resolutions but reserve rights to deny abusive claims.
