Welcome to https://opsvantage.online ("Website"), operated by Ravi Traders. These Terms govern your use of the Website, purchases of physical/digital products.

By accessing/using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility You must be 18+ years old or of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Products, Orders & Delivery Time

   • Physical products: Drop-shipped by third-party suppliers (e.g., Modalyst). We facilitate but are not direct seller/warehouse.

   • Delivery time: It is only applicable to physical products. So, there is a holding period from payment processors & gateways varying from 6 days (payment through Rayzorpay Payment Gateway) to 45 days (payments made through Paypal Payment Gateway) for international transactions + shipping time depending on source & destination, it is possible that items ordered get out of stock or ordered quantity of specific item is not in stock which may take longer time or have estimated restock date/lead time (in such case, it will be communicated to customer over email registered with us). So, the final delivery time may vary from 20 to 60 days. Delivery time is considered from payment received in our bank account (payments lying in gateway/payment processor are in accessible to us, cannot use it for payments to suppliers for fulfillment).

   • Digital products: Instant delivery (e.g., e-books, software, scripts, graphics, templates,...etc) via email (link) after successful payment.

   • All orders subject to acceptance/availability. We may cancel/refuse orders (e.g., errors, fraud, sanctions compliance).

   • Prices in displayed currency; include taxes unless stated. Shipping applies to physical items.

3. International Sales & Restrictions We sell internationally to most countries except Russia, Belarus, and sanctioned territories (e.g., Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions of Ukraine) due to compliance/sanctions. We may cancel non-compliant orders and in case of war situations or transit is through any war zone, order may get delayed for long period or will be cancelled (it will be communicated over registered email).

4. Payments Processed securely via third-party gateways. You authorize charges including taxes/fees.

5. Intellectual Property Website content ours/licensed. No unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability To maximum extent permitted by law: No liability for indirect/consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid for relevant product. No warranty beyond supplier/advertiser terms.

7. Website content cannot be copied & used for any purpose. In case of violating this terms may attract civil proceedings against person/company involved in it.

8. Governing Law Indian laws apply. Disputes in courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.

9. Changes We may update Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
